Annual Banquet Registration
Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Note: There will be a $20.00 deposit required to be submitted with registration form for each person attending. No forms will be accepted without the deposit. Deposits will be returned to member at registration time at the Banquet. No show at the meeting will forfeit the Deposit provided with the registration form. Deadline for submittal of Registration form is November 19th. To cancel your reservation and request a refund of deposit, contact Association Treasurer, Sean Flanagan no later than November 16th.
